The Nehemiah Art’s Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2008 to act as a springboard for various arts initiatives around the city of Vancouver as well as International projects & events.
We believe in providing opportunities in the Arts for the “underdog” artists of the world by creating events geared towards those living on the margins or suffering from the bondage of addiction or other social/economic barriers.Through this we hope to encourage unity & showcase local/global talent while stewarding the gifts God has given us to show love to those whom we cater to in a creative way.
Together, the organization’s members act as a think tank of Artists excited to live out God’s mandates and host /support Arts outreach events on a regular basis.
The Nehemiah Art’s Foundation’s primary focus is to see the power of God flow through the Down Town East Side of Vancouver Canada’s Poorest Postal Code ( DTES ) and facilitate events for people of all denominations,religious beliefs,sexual orientation or race. We also look for the gifts inside of each person regardless of their past mistakes . We have initiatives for Artists of all forms and levels in Vancouver BC, Across Canada & Internationally.
